Key Accountabilities

Professional work

- Establishing KRA and administering KRAs

- Manage the portfolio of credit efficiency and quality, monitor the implementation of improvement actions

- The focal point to support the implementation of incentive programs, sponsorships, customer care, and sales promotion programs

- Formulate and issue deposit interest rates and implement the direction of ALCO

- Cost management (including manning)

- Coordinate implementation of NPS. measurement

- Monitor compliance with the credit management policies and procedures of the Division to ensure compliance with the Banks regulations.

- Plan BCP, LCP

- Develop and promote organizational culture for the World Bank Division

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

- Having more than 7 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Finance…

- Understanding of banking operations, customers, and banking products of the BB Division.

- Understanding of portfolio management model for customers of Wholesales Banking.

- Deep understanding of the effective management model for customers of Business Banking Division.

- Experience in leadership, people management, planning, strategic thinking, change management.

- English proficiency level 3 (TOEIC 650 or higher or other certificates of equivalent value)
