Mô tả công việc

1. Executive Assistant

· To be the interpreter of the BOM:

- To interpret into English in meetings, conferences, and workshops with customers/ partners.

- Drafting and translating documents and dossiers upon request in two languages: English - Vietnamese

- To support communication, correspondence, and replying to official documents to foreign partners.

· To manage dossiers, documents, and information of the CEO:

- To update the CEO’s Working schedule and support the signing of the BOM/ Directors.

- To contact departments, and individuals to provide documents as the CEO requests.

2 . Finance consulting

- Compile and analyze data, and reports from departments to monitor and update the business situation and other supporting information for the CEO

- Advise and support the CEO in the financial area, helping to propose solutions to improve efficiency

- Represent the CEO in discussions with relevant parties and units.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated from university majoring in finance, business administration, and financial accounting.
  • Possess 3-5 years of experience in a similar position working in the fields of accounting, finance, or auditing, with knowledge in finance and strategic business orientation.
  • Proficient in English translation and interpretation.
  • Keen on work, ability to work under high pressure
  • Communication skills
  • Fluent in English 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Office computer skills (PowerPoint/Word/Excel…)
  • Having the ability to fully comprehend and interpret exactly the ideas
  • Ability to analyze logic, synthesize, and reports
