Mô tả công việc

  • Work with funding partners:

- Search for funding opportunities

- Prepare project files and documents to introduce to investors/ lenders

- Prepare a set of questions and answers for strategic investors/ lenders

- Prepare and participate in the presentation of investment proposal, proposal of transaction structure or funding structure

  • Facilitate Fundraising process, documentation:

- Working with foreign banks on KYC, Credit, Approval (including paperwork and relationship management)

- Organize the coordination of the project: closely manage the progress of domestic and foreign banks

- Working with the bank to implement the work according to the banks process (including funding structure, and handling issues/ requirement from banks)

- Follow up on the loan after disbursement (disbursement, covenant compliance)

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University graduate or higher. Major: Finance-Accounting-Bank, Business Administration
  • Experience: At least 05 years of experience in Investment/Fund raising/ Banking
  • English: Proficiently use 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
