We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazons sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. 1.New Client Acquisition:

  • Identify potential customers through thorough research and effective networking activities.
  • Execute strategic plans to acquire new customers, aligned with company strategies and the Customer Evaluation Process.
  • Analyze potential business opportunities and prepare compelling proposals.
  • Conduct contract negotiations, securing agreements for long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

2.Operations & Performance Management:

  • Lead the team to effectively manage projects within client relationships, ensuring alignment with client and company goals.
  • Oversee project operational activities to achieve client objectives while meeting company targets.
  • Standardize and continuously enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and always demanding to them to meet client needs.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, promptly resolving complaints and optimizing processes to prevent future issues.
  • Generate comprehensive progress reports for clients and senior management, showcasing project advancements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to address client inquiries effectively.
  • Fulfill any additional duties necessary to ensure overall business health and success.

3.Team management

  • Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures among staff members.
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise all aspects of business operations.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and coach employees to provide exceptional, efficient customer service.
  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Exigences de l’emploi

This role demands a proactive and strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, nurturing client relationships, and fostering a high-performing team.

  • Bachelors degree in business or economics relating fields. Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier-client relationship management including market research, business analysis, supply chain operations, digital marketing and sales.
  • Preferably background from E-commerce sector, good understanding about Operations Management with a process-based mindset.
  • A prior understanding of Amazon operations is considered an advantage.
  • Equip good skill of negotiation, communication, presentation, problem solving.
  • Good communication in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Embrace an agile mindset, readily adapting to and thriving in an environment of continuous change. Your flexibility will contribute to the teams success in navigating dynamic business landscapes.
