Our client is a big manufacturing company, now looking for a Aftersales Service Manager (Automobile, $2000, ID14535)

  • Develop and support Dealer network to start up aftersales business.
  • Assist in the initial operations of dealerships with the help of the function department.
  • Visiting, consulting, providing System and Business for Dealer follow the standard
  • Control Dealer Operation status base in the standard and increase CSI
  • Support parts sales, training, technical support, and marketing campaigns to increase dealer competence
  • Implement after sales policies and evaluate dealers accordingly.
  • Gather information on competitor service policies.
  • Provide suggestions for improving After Sales policies and systems enhance.
  • Handle any other temporary arrangements as required.

Exigences de l’emploi

Yêu cầu

  • Sex: Male / Female
  • Bachelor degree or above in vehicle or related major
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Automotive Industry in FDI Company.
  • Possess a strong foundation in automobile knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the automotive after-sales process
  • Having experience in working with companies or government agencies is beneficial.
  • Excellent written English skills, and proficiency in Chinese is an additional advantage.
