Responsible for the operations of District Cooling System (DCS) plants and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) plants
Support analysis and optimization of plant operations
Assist Engineer to adjust operations regime to optimize plant efficiency and performance
Perform troubleshooting on defects and alarms during operations and support the Engineer to resolve operational issues
Support planning of maintenance activities
Implement and update operation procedures
Ensure all operation records are properly documented for tracking and audit purposes.
Monitor closing of Service Requests
Administer Permit To Work system
Understand safety requirements for Machine Guarding, LOTO, Permit to Work, Work at Height, Hot work, hazardous area classification and etc, comply with companys health and safety work procedures
Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.

At least a Diploma or equivalent in Electrical / Mechanical / Control & Instrumentation / Air-conditioning Engineering
Keen interest to develop a career in the DHCS business
Good understanding of the technical features of ACMV and District Cooling System
Practical experience in Energy Management System and is conversant in local / remote control and monitoring system as well as in instrumentation
Working knowledge of facilities, machines and equipment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good awareness of Health, Safety and Environment and a strong safety mindset
Willing to perform shift duty when necessary
Can communicate in English
