Providing support and suggestion from process perspective during RFQ.
Preparing product feasibility study report.
Preparing process flow chart, estimated IE time and custom information
Participating the product and tooling design review and provide suggestion/ideas from process perspectives
Preparing samples according to sample request sheet with the awareness of existing problems;
Collecting information during trial-out build for product engineer
Publishing working instructions, BOM, part history etc. on time
Supporting the handover of product development to launch team in pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production until the first pilot run summary Evaluating ECR during development phase and maintain lesson-learned database frequently
Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.

Company transportation from District 2, Thu Duc District, Bien Hoa city to Nhon Trach.

Be responsible for conducting feasibly study and submitting the report.
Reviewing product and tooling design with consideration of process and manufacturing.
Leading the process implement, preparing process-related documents such as working instructions, ensuring the on-time delivery of samples, sassed conducting the troubleshooting and problem solving
Handing over the product development to launch team in pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production until the first pilot run summary
Conducting trial-out build and optimization and collecting information for lesson-learned database through the whole product development process
Supporting any R&D activities/projects in technical department
