Description de l’emploi

· Prepare Quarterly Business Plan, Build Sales target, Promotion scheme for responsible category , work with channels team to finalize

o Target sales, Promotion, Display, Sales Contest to achieve target

· Collaborate with Channel to execute business plan, provide Store’s Q&A related to Category, prepare for sales guideline

· Track and push to achieve KPI for responsible Category

· Monitor competitors’ campaign, product and take appropriate actions to compete

· Lead new product launching project (work with other departments SCM, R&D, Ops, MKT, Product)

· Analyse and improve category performance, identify growth opportunities and push growth

o Grow Category (by daypart, target customers/needs, channels, new product)

o Conduct market research, competitors to propose new product improvement/new product direction to grow category, lead the change

Exigences de l’emploi

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in category management, merchandising, marketing or related field. Retail knowledge is an advantage.

- Strategic mindset and a strong sense of the market; have a point of view and direction on where to take the business and ability to drive and execute a long-term business plan.

- Excellent skills in communication, cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, analytical and business development.

- Outstanding communication skills.

- Be able to work independently and teamwork, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
