Description de l’emploi

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations of our game center, ensuring all game machines, equipment and staff are functioning efficiently and effectively

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operation

  • Complete tasks in “Daily checklist”
  • Training, observing staff based on company demand
  • Daily reports on operational performance
  • Manage the cash register and financial operations, including reconciling daily sales, depositing cash and making bank runs
  • Ensure a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for customers
  • Ensure that all game machines are functioning correctly and that any technical issues are resolved promptly
  • Ensure game machines, equipment arranged properly. Products, gifts on redemption counter are displayed aesthetically to attract customers
  • Positively promote the image of Cow Play Cow Moo to customers
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer complaints
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements

Customer Services

  • Supervise and manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluations
  • Participate in training course on customers services and product standards

Store Keeper

  • Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock levels, order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Ensure the store room is neatly arranged
  • Receive and process invoices according to company requirements

Marketing

  • Create promotional and marketing strategies to increase customers engagement
  • Collaborate with Marketing Department to implement and organize events and activities at the center

Exigences de l’emploi

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Team Management
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer services skills and the ability to resolve customer issues
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Complete assigned work on time
  • Familiarity with Video Games and gaming equipment
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, Holiday
  • Adhere to professional ethics

WORKING LOCATION:District 2

WORKING TIME: 8 hours/shift
