Description de l’emploi

1. Main tasks

Doing price comparison between dynamic rate & static rate

- Search Hotel’s/overnight cruise’s rate in OTA

- Make a comparison between Hotel’s/Overnight cruise’s rate in OTA & company’s static contract rate

- Make a comparison chart

Administration duties :

- Follow up the contract with suppliers and do the contract submission

- Update supplier’s contact list, credit list & allotment list

Report toContracting Team leader/ Contracting Manager

-Report about doing the comparison between Hotel’s / Overnight cruise’s rate in OTA & company’s static contract rate ( weekly/monthly )

- Report about Contracting amin works

Coordinate with revelant team/members:

- Coordinate with contracting team members in Ha Noi, Da Nang & Sai Gon to follow the contract, analyzing the contract rates

- Coordinate with Sales team to ensure the competitive rates for company

Exigences de l’emploi

1.Competency

- Fluent in English language

- Have a solid knowledge of the tourism field, including hotel and tourism management

- Have analytical skills

- Good presentation skills

- Good communication skills

- Good computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)

- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work

- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects

- Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active and decisive

2. Education

- University: university of language, university of tourism

3. Experience

- Having experience in a similar position orHotels reservationis preferred
