Description de l’emploi

-Promote the company image leveraging the success from company operation and business expansion in Vietnam.

-Enhance our company reputation via the company contribution to the country with the powerful initiatives from CSR and CSV program.

-Maintain and build media relations as part of our advocacy strategy with to external stakeholders.

Be the trusted partner of all functions in the company in providing advice, guidance and support to their operations relating to media, social media, store activities, and connect employees with these business activities

Corporate Events

-Support Communications Director in planning and organizing various corporate events including Mall openings, Corporate events with government agencies and businesses.

-Design and enhance visual communications for in-house publications and social content.

-Support Communications Director in driving video communications efforts.

Branding communications

-Support the Communications Director in crafting corporate communication plan/campaigns that will help deliver Company’s ambitions and growth strategies in Vietnam.

-Support the Communications Director in updating external communication protocols

-Gatekeep corporate brand identity across all corporate/brand communications materials online/offline.

-Maintain and update all corporate owned media channels.

-Manage or support issue management to mitigate risk to protect the company’s image.

-Manage agencies to execute/organize/handle corporate communication campaigns/events/reports.

-Support Communications Director in training BU marketers on the alignment of the Central Retail brand guidelines and corporate identity.

Exigences de l’emploi

Education: Graduated from universities majored in Communications, PR or business administration

Functional knowledge & experience:

-Strategic thinking and result oriented mindset

-Having experiences in corporate communications at MNCs,preferred in FMCG/retail/E-commerce industry

-Understanding of business communications objectives and brand identity focus.

-Seniority: 5-7 years

Functional skill:

-Excellent writing and proofreading skills (both Vietnamese and English)

-Good design skills (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop)

-Event management

Managerial skill:

-Project management

Other skills:

-Good artistry mindset and creativity

-Multi-tasking oriented

-Detail oriented

-Attitude: Working well under pressure, hands-on, open-minded

-Package: Monthly salary, meal allowance & phone allowance

-Working location: Headquarters in Phu Nhuan District, HCMC

-Travel: Up to 10% of total working time
