JOB PURPOSE

To ensure the inventories are managed properly both physically and in the system, and in compliance with tax/customs regulation; responsible for standard cost/analyse of the variances; assisting in preparation of customs report.

RESPONSIBILITY:

1, Inventory management

  • Validation of all materials purchasing invoices.
  • Ensure proper allocation of the materials purchasing costs.
  • Monitor the inventory movements performed by other functions.
  • Ensure the stock disposal, rework are performed strictly according to the process.
  • Perform periodic stock take supervision.

2, Costing

  • To maintain proper future price for standard costing under the guidance of the Costing manager.
  • To ensure the BOM versions timely updated for costing, planning purpose.
  • To run monthly standard costing.
  • Analyse the variance between actual and standard cost.
  • Costing for new products at request.

3, Factory overhead

  • Ensure the factory overhead cost is fully and timely captured.
  • To provide analyze, explanation of overhead cost to the factory functions.

4, Custom report

  • Assist the Costing manager in preparation of the detailed data for custom report

Other tasks as assigned by the supervisors

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Min 5 years of experience in similar role, at least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing companies
  • Possess Degree/Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly initiative and a strong team player
  • Having a growth mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude
  • Microsoft Office skills is a must
  • Preferable with knowledge of SAP but not a must
  • English proficiency
