Digital Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to maximize online sales and lead generation.

  • Identify opportunities for growth through digital channels.

E-commerce Management:

  • Oversee and optimize our e-commerce platform(s) to enhance the online shopping experience and drive conversions.

  • Ensure products are accurately listed, and the checkout process is user-friendly.

Lead Generation:

  • Utilize various online channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing, to generate leads.

  • Implement lead generation campaigns and funnels to capture potential customer information.

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with potential customers through online channels, providing product information, answering queries, and offering solutions.

  • Create personalized online experiences that foster customer trust and loyalty.

Online Sales:

  • Guide potential customers through the online purchasing process, facilitating seamless transactions.

  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to enhance the order value.

Digital Advertising:

  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing, to drive online sales and lead generation.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze online sales data and lead generation performance to measure the effectiveness of digital sales strategies.

  • Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.

Exigences de l’emploi

A Bachelors degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital sales, e-commerce management, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and e-commerce software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in online customer engagement.
