Our Talent and Development team (under HR function) at Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam (CCBV) is looking for an energetic intern to be with us in developing & executing Branding Activities and Communications (to both internal & external audiences).

OVERALL

To be successful in this role, you should be able to deliver the below kinds of tasks at a high quality and within an expected timeline:

  • Work on illustrations or other graphic elements as needed to bring designs to life. Confer with creative, art, and copy to convert internal teams requirements into exciting design options (Still image, GIF, PowerPoint, Short Video,etc...).
  • Propose creative ideas/activities for communication development (on social channels and internal emails) for various programs/campaigns.
  • Provide input on branding solutions, suggesting styles/techniques based on requirements, objectives, and background information when working with External Agency (if any)
  • Help with content creation and translation if needed.

MORE DETAILS

This scope of work will focus to support key pillars of the functional team as below:

1. Employer Branding (EB) (60%): to strengthen CCBVs employer brand & promote CCBV as an Employer of Choice through a wide variety of communication settings, both offline and online channels

  • Assist in developing various kinds of creative content and designs/artworks to increase employer brands visibility on social media (LinkedIn, FB...)
  • Support for the branding activities of EB campaigns to strengthen the engagement with youth communities or key target groups of talents and universities such as Young talent programs (Management Trainee, Sales Trainee...); Career Fairs/Events, etc.
  • Assist in developing internal email communications and campaigns to rally employees as true brand advocates

2. Talent, Learning & Development (30%)

  • Support to develop creative internal communications to promote talent management/training activities and drive the learning spirit of the organization.
  • Support to translate some documents for internal communication development if any.

3. Others (10%)

  • Collab with others in HR projects and support the communications development
  • Other tasks assigned by the team

Exigences de l’emploi

Were looking for:

- Final year students or fresh graduatewith strength and interestin branding/communications/creative artworks. Can work almost fulltime Mon-Fri (few days off for school are acceptable)

- Relevant extracirricular activities or internship is a plus.

What you should have:

  • Ability to demonstrate a skillset in communications development andfine arts/graphic design toolkit (AI, Photoshop, Video making, etc...)
  • A good sense of art and astrong portfolio which showcases work that you are most proud of. Catch up with lastest trend, esspecially for young generations.
  • Open minded, resillience, eager to learn and agility to adjust/adaptyour scope when needed.
  • Highly organized with a mindfulness of deadlines, the ability to manage multiple tasks based on priorities and a strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentations skills (English efficiencyis required)
  • Good management of Microsoft Office tools

*Working Location: 485 Xa lo Ha Noi, Thu Duc (companys shuttle bus provided)
