*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Teaching basic English skills including reading, listening, writing, and speaking

• Advising learners on proper learning method

• Organizing and delivering lectures

• Preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and exams

• Recording and maintaining accurate attendance records and grades.

• Assisting HODs to develop English training plan in line with the technical requirement of the learners’ job

• Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere

• Participating in CSR activities of the resort (Ex: Teaching English for children in poverty)

• Other related tasks assigned by manager

Exigences de l’emploi

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields or in English or education preferred but not mandatory.

• The ability to teaching/coaching professionally

• Excellent English skills

• Positive, engaging, and energetic personality

• Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision

• Very high attention to detail

• Sensitive to cultural nuances

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast-paced environment

• Good people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders

• Professional appearance
