Description de l’emploi

  • Run and maintain roasting machinery, making sure its in top operating order.
  • To obtain certain flavor profiles, create roast profiles for various types of product.
  • Ensure consistency in the roasting process, pay attention to and adjust the temperature, air flow, and roasting duration.
  • Taste-test product to determine their taste, fragrance, and general quality.
  • Find flaws in the roasted beans and make the necessary corrections
  • Maintain track of product inventory and make sure that it is freshly roasted. Work with the team to create new tastes and mixes.
  • Keep the roasting area clean and organized to maintain hygiene standards

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Male/Female. Age: 21-32 years old
  • Bachelors degree majoring in Mechanical field
  • Havingexperience in operating, installing, testing, and maintaining machines at an FMCG Manufacturing company
  • Good at English
