Description de l’emploi

  • In charge of teaching and training quality at INS English.
  • In charge of service quality.
  • Managing a team of Academic Supervisors at branches to achieve the quality goals set out in each period of time.
  • Supervise and be responsible for the quality of the programs and services at branches in our system.
  • In charge of recruiting, training and managing for specialized staff.
  • Train teachers, ensure the quality of regular teaching.
  • Research, build, develop programs and methods of teaching English; working closely with Academic Supervisors of the branches.
  • Coordinate with other Departments to meet and consult customers when necessary.
  • Regularly report on the quality situation and propose solutions to the assigned branches.
  • Be responsible to manage good quality in his/her assigned branch.
  • Other jobs arranged by Training Director.

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Graduted with the major of Pedagogy, Engish Pedagogy.
  • Priority is given to candidate who had worked at Education organization/ English Center.
  • Advanced English.
  • Required year(s) of experience: from 02 years.
  • Team management skill, good negotiation / persuasion/ communication skills.
  • Planning and assigning work skill.
  • Training skill.
  • Able to work under high pressure.
  • Positive thinking, have interest in tasks with high targets and challenges.
  • Working area: Ba Ria - Vung Tau(4branches).
