Description de l’emploi

  • Supervising maintenance activities: Oversee the maintenance operations in the production factory for mold equipment , ensuring that all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Troubleshooting and repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify the root cause of issues and coordinate timely repairs. Ensure that repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively to minimize production disruptions.
  • Safety and compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines during maintenance activities.
  • Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory records.
  • Improvement equipment 6S.
  • Team management: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Graduated with a bachelors degree majoring in mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of machinery and equipment commonly used in production facilities.
  • Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively supervise and motivate a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Analytical mindset to assess equipment performance, diagnose problems, and develop effective solutions.
