Description de l’emploi

This position incharges brand Supersports (30 brands: Crocs, New Balance, Fila, Under Armour, Hoka, Speedo, Liverpool FC, Teva, Ellesse, Venum, etc.)

1. Strategies & Planning:

- Support MKT Lead to building long-term (2-year, annual) and lead Marketing team to build short-term (quarterly & monthly) marketing strategies & plans incorporating all communications channels including but not limited to Social media (FB, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, Zalo, Website…), Email Marketing, SMS, PR, Events & Activations, Sponsorships, KOLs & Group seeding, OOH

- Work closely with Category Managers, Merchandisers, and VMs to ensure the alignment of MKT strategies and activities with the product & business plans

- Thorough budget planning & management on yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis of all brands

- Comprehensive monthly, quarterly, annual, campaign-based and channel-based reporting with fact-based analysis & recommendations

2. Execution & Campaigns:

- Lead the execution of all marketing communications activities for both online & offline

- Lead the internal team & agency to ensure the success of new brand launching, new product launching and new store opening

- Supervise the images and contents of brands and products in all channels to protect the brand guidelines and brand health

- Supervise the implementation of marketing communications activities at stores and liaise frequently with District Managers and Operations Managers

- Work closely with Brand Managers and Merchandisers to build promotion schemes & calendar and informing to related teams (CS, Online, Operations)

- Provide supports (where needed) to the Digital team and Online team to help achieve the sales target

- Lead the process of launching new communications channels (Tiktok, Zalo, Livestream…) and catch new market trends

3. Partnership & Community Engagement:

- Work with principals to understand their directions and expectations, and fulfil their requests in planning & reporting

- Lead the Trade MKT team to approach and build relationships with KOLs, Influencers, social groups, press & media partners, sports event organizers, landlords (Vincom, Lotte, Aeon Mall, Crescent Mall…), payment gateways (Grab Moca, VnPay, Shopee Pay…) to come up with initiatives and joint-marketing activities to help boost brand awareness and sales

4. Team management:Lead & manage the Marketing team: build team structure, team KPIs and expertise development

Exigences de l’emploi

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing out of which min. 2 years in Manager role. Min. 3 years in Fashion/ Retail management will be a strong plus

- Hands-on experience in creative campaigns of new brand/ new product launching and new store opening events

- Good relationship with the sports communities and good understanding of sports market trends and consumers behaviors

- Sports events organizing experience will be a strong plus

- Good understanding of social media & digital ads, especially sales conversion ads will be a strong advantage
