Description de l’emploi

This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Taking responsibility of the implementation of BTL activities and supporting regional marketing team ATL activations and NPD.
  • Preparing annual marketing budget and grid.
  • Preparing media plans with the regional media team.
  • Executing PR events to support brand image.
  • Managing market and consumer research and analyzing the outputs with the regional research team.
  • Tracking and interpreting share of market, share of voice and brand health data continuously.
  • Managing Marketing strategy in line with Trade Marketing plans and Sales priorities.
  • Preparing and executing all channel-based launch & re-launch programs and in-store display activities - POS materials for the related category.
  • Implement NPD positioning and launches in the field, answering the needs of customer.
  • Providing a KPI report to region team monthly.

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing
  • Must have good experience in BM role.
  • Have very strong relations with numbers like price, volume, P&L as well as good category management.
  • Own strong communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
