Description de l’emploi

  • Manage daily loan business activities for business efficiency.
  • Do customer care, disbursement and refund document management
  • Work with other stakeholders to develop business operation process to go with business goal.
  • Train operating procedures for the branch staff to énsure compliance.
  • Supervise sales performance and accounting activities.
  • Manage company budget and do relevant reports to ensure regulation.
  • Hire, train, and develop team members.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Male/Female. Under 45 years old
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Insurance or related majors.
  • Have at least 5 years experience at similar position inInsurance, finance, banking industry
  • Have operatingexperience in financeand loan activities.
  • Understand the operating model of transaction offices
  • Fluent in English
  • Good management skill
