JOB PURPOSES

Responsible for cinema operation system related concession department but not limit to data analyst and online & off line sales system and new sites opening preparation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Automate Business Processes using available tool such as: Cinox, ERP ... includes defining problems/obstacles to reduce work load for cinema operation

2. Support sites for key button set up & lock down functioning appropriately in current system.

3. Work with external suppliers to prepare necessary tools & equipment set up for new sites operation

4. Work closely with project & maintenance team to ensure maximizing the productivity & repair maintenance cost at sites

5. Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

6. Play as project coordinator in preparation of new site opening in term of concession area, including reviewing layout and equipment list but not limit to site opening support

7. Sites audit for excellence operation result with detail action plan completion and follow to all sites

8. Performing inventory audit with finance to surprise check in monthly basis to ensure the proper counting at sites level

9. Monthly closing tasks performance properly to ensure the accuracy of data and stock ending

10. Prepare & submit necessary legal documents for any promotion to ensure the proper execution following requirement from governments

11. Performing assigned duties from Concession Manager

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Graduated from College, University; major in Hospitality, Business Administration is preferable.
  • 3- 5 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, …
  • Comfort with multi-tasking in a high-pressure and rapidly-changing environment
  • Teamwork, effectively communicating with various organizational functions.
  • Have an analytical mindset and is able to present ideas
  • Fluency in English
