Description de l’emploi

The QAC Staff is responsible for receiving and managing decoration order, making goods movement report, incoming inspection report. This position is also responsible for controlling printing/coating quality of item in charge to meet customer’s standard, evaluate decoration supplier.

Responsible for receiving and managing decoration order of item in charge

  • Receive information from sales team
  • Prepare product’s label and customer’s label
  • Make a schedule for sales and suppliers in order to catch up the leadtime base on supplier’s capacity and customer’s deadline
  • Follow schedule, work with suppliers and make sure the goods will be come on time for shipping to customers.

Responsible for making supplier’s payment

  • Check stock, delivery note and work with supplier for total quantity of products that finished
  • Prepare payment document (red invoice, quotation, winline,….), make payment report
  • Submit to manager, then follow company process for finish payment for suppliers

Responsible for making goods movement report, incoming inspection report

  • Make daily goods moving report to warehouse
  • Make daily incoming inspection report
  • Make weekly, monthly stock report

Responsible for controlling printing/coating quality of item in charge to meet customer’s standard

  • Make SOP (QC & Packing) for incoming inspection after decoration
  • Follow up printing/coating quality concern during sample stage, prepare quality matrix if have before mass production
  • Supervise QC worker do incoming inspection according to SOP, standard.
  • Cooperate with QC shift leader solving new issues that arise
  • Handle customer complaint related to items in charge, make action plan if need

Responsible for evaluating decoration supplier

  • Make evaluation data of decoration supplier for all orders

Exigences de l’emploi

  • University graduate in Business Administration, English or relevant fields
  • At least 1 years of experience in quality assurance, industry of manufacturing, footwares, plastics… is a plus
  • Good at English in both written and verbal skills
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • MS office application
