Description de l’emploi

·Stablish a strong connection with client/ associates and transfer company values

·Understand clients’ needs and expectations and transfer to design team

·Keep records of sales actions.

·Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Exigences de l’emploi

Requirements:

-Age under 35, both sex. Professional appearance is required.

-Critical thinking (know how to deal with an issue logically/ on time)

-Collaborative (know how to work with other department flexibly to solve problems)

-Client-Oriented (know how to balance between client’s benefit and company’s capability)

-Proactive (willing to take part and support in sales work when needed)

Qualifications:

·Proven minimum 1 years workingexperience as a sales executive in thereal estate industry

·Proven sales track record

·Proficiency in English

·Communication and negotiationskills

·Ability to build rapport

·Time management and planning skills
