Description de l’emploi

  • Build up strong business relationship and develop sales opportunities with key accounts
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Manager to establish the sales goals and budgets of the team, in creating and executing business development plan for the other Asia market
  • Develop and implement the sales strategies in order to achieve the sales goals
  • Provide quality account services to local and overseas customers
  • Manage and co-ordinate projects with customers and internal counterparts across the Group
  • Actively manage customer orders and ensure the progress on-track to meet the committed delivery dates
  • Manage sales team day-to-day handling of client enquiries, outstanding orders, and customer support
  • Lead team to identify and develop business opportunities with both existing and target new customers
  • Perform ad hoc assignments by management

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Diploma or above in sales, marketing, business management or relevant discipline
  • At least 6 years’ solid experience in printing field, sales and account servicing experience in manufacturing industry with min 2 years of supervisor experience
  • Experience in printing, paper products and packaging
  • Knowledge of costing, technical & quality of printing & packaging
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese language is a plus
  • Good interpersonal, communication and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, and result-oriented;
  • Occasional travel
