Description de l’emploi

As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to the success of company by participating in both external & internal projects to ensure the delivery of key-results. Your primary focus is to comprehend the needs and requirements of the stakeholders, before utilizing this understanding to analyze and develop solutions that meet those requirements. The final deliverables shall present the findings and recommendations to the relevant stakeholders and teams.

  • Collects the requirements to ensure the essential information is documented;
  • Conducts feasibility studies to evaluate the potential of new initiatives, and to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing performance and efficiency;
  • Collaborates with PM in analyzing business requirements, outlining risks, and scenarios to tackle the problems that ensure the delivery quality;
  • Collaborates with tech team(s) for work breakdown, effort estimation & implementation follow-up;
  • Manage changes details throughout the project life cycles and work with Project Manager to align the project timeline;

Exigences de l’emploi

  • At least 3 years of proven experience working in Business Analyst (Mandatory)
  • Good communication in English & Vietnamese (both oral and written);
  • Proven experience working with various project management methodologies, such as agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches;
  • Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies;
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving mindset;
  • Other proven experience in technology industry is a plus.
  • Certification in business analysis is a big plus
