Tam Son International JSC is a member of the Openasia Group, a multi-industry investment group established in 1994 in Vietnam. Tam Son was initially founded in 2005 with a mission to bring global luxury fashion brands to Vietnam.

Since then, we have expanded our portfolio beyond fashion and into various luxury fields including watches, jewelry and audio-visual technology brands including Patek Philippe, Hermès, Vacheron Constantin, Piaget, Chopard, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Hugo Boss, Kenzo, Bang & Olufsen. Tam Son currently operates a network of 30 stores in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The company plays an important role in the development of Openasia Group.

Senior Aftersales Executive is responsible for Aftersales activities to help develop Wholesales Department’s Sales-out & Tam Son awareness.

  • Do service by getting defect products from dealers or receive direct from hotline of Wholesales department.
  • Conduct process to instruct partners to solve easy issues by telephone & exchange new products at big issues that aligned with brand standard.
  • Manage data of imported/exported product serial to analyse sell-out result/ defect ratio/ aftersales improvement speed that supporting for business development.
  • Conduct program to manage package seal to control growing up of grey market.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Field force to organize event to develop brand awareness of Tam Son in Sales/Aftersales activities.
  • Conduct training plan for dealers staff for solving defect by online/offline.

Exigences de l’emploi

Knowledge & Qualification

  • 2-3 years of working experience in the technical product sectors (especially in Audio) would be appreciated.
  • A suitable qualification in the service/ aftersales area.
