Description de l’emploi

Looking for a technical lab chemist for home care and toiletry formulation, such as detergent, surface cleaning, fabric softener, shampoo, body wash, facial wash, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop Home & Personal Care formulation & prototypes based on customer’s requirement.
  • Perform benchwork and develop solutions to solve customer’s technical problems or to meet technical targets on prioritized projects.
  • Work closely with sales team to prioritize technical resources in top customer projects or high potential new business opportunities and ensure to achieve expected technical deliveries.
  • Get in-depth understanding of market product, industry trend and the key technology of popular products in the market to develop application project by utilizing MahaChem’s ingredients.
  • Research on competitive products, collect information from the market and conduct comparison study and provide feedback if needed
  • Get and share to sale team the new local trend, new formulation, new regulation, new supplier/new item, supplier invite

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCES REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree inChemistry, Cosmetics Science, Pharmacy or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Home & Personal Care formulation and product development
  • Good understanding of the industrial practice, regulations, testing & approval procedures will be an added advantage
