Description de l’emploi

- Culture training - Feed BU: Training CJ Culture (CJ Spirit, CJ Way, 6 Working culture, Ethics,…) for new comers and sales team

- Coordinate with CJ Group Vietnam to implement training programs for employees at Long An plant monthly

- Manage training document follow company training procedures.

- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers

- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions

- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness

- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

- Coordinate with HR managers and department managers continue develop to enrich current training program to meet the company demand in each period time.

- Others task will be assigned by HR manager and BOD.

Exigences de l’emploi

- College/ Bachelor degree in education, human resources or relevant field

- At least 3-year experiences in work as training specialist

-Good communication skill and good presentation skill

-Good training and teaching skills, able to convey training content to students

-Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)

-Strong report writing and record keeping ability

-Good computer and database skills

-Fluency English speaking and writing

- Working at: Long An plant - Ben Luc District, Long An Province

- Have a shuttle bus full round from HCM to Long An
