Description de l’emploi

Working in the Travel Consultant Department, you are in daily contact with Travel Advisors to design and create tailor-made travel itineraries. You are required to:

·Focus on providing the best advice to our Travel Advisors.

·Has a professional mind-set and a passion for travel and your work.

·Ensure a personal service is offered to Travel Advisors to meet and exceed their needs and expectations.

·Ensure that the sales process is adhered to, resolve any problems, and meet sales revenue and profit targets.

Exigences de l’emploi

·Complete the task assigned by your Team Leader.

·Gather information to fully understand Travel Advisors/Clients’ requests and present options to meet their needs/requirements.

·Design, make tour quotation and submit tailor-made tour itineraries as requested by Travel Advisors/Clients.

·Get back to Travel Advisors/Clients with the complete proposal and adequate information within 12 hours if possible.

·Support Accounting Department with regards to payment matters.

·Support Operations / Customer Care in handling complaints while clients on tour.

·Co-ordinate with Product Department to update new products and tariffs.

·Update yourself on all products and all procedures set by the Travel Consultant Department.

·Inform your Team Leader in case of encountering of serious problems, allowing a suitable solution.
