Mô tả công việc

  • To prepare and assist accounts data update and all financial reporting activities (MISA accounting software).
  • Manage financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating the collection, control debtors aging, manage cash flow and budget.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing and reporting.
  • Repare and validate cash receipts and payments, issuance of cheques, TTs and other form of remittances.
  • Handle petty cash- verify staff expenses and claims and any office administrative matters.
  • Perform other duties as and when required by Management and Finance & Accounts Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum Diploma.
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in similar position and able to work under tight deadline.
  • Must be able to multitask, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to speak and write English effectively.
  • Possess good problem-solving skills and able to liaise with a team of dedicated co-workers.

* Working time:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 17:00
  • Saturday: từ 8:00 - 13:00
