Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance and Industrial team to meet organization financial goals and with plant operations and management to explain results, analyze variances and recommendation.
  • Maintain the integrity of accounting records ensuring the staff follows all compliances and accounting policies and procedures (timely and accurate)
  • Analyze and ensure financial results are in accordance with VAS/Company policies/ Tax regulation
  • Preparing the management reports in monthly/quarterly/ yearly based on request from line manager.
  • Preparing financial statement & tax inspection, VAT return, CIT return as request, VAT refund, other request from government etc…
  • Communicate with SBV and Lender for loan agreement and Appendix.
  • Responsible for data reconciliation between accounting systems, checking the accuracy of accounting transactions detect errors and propose the solution to Finance Manager.
  • Work closed with internal company for the detail of transaction and the ending balance confirmation. Issue the Debit Note.
  • Managing Fixed Assets, prepayment allocation monthly, accrual expenses and complete the cost for month end closing.
  • Responsible for the Capex Control, Cost Out Tracker, Cost Deployment in charge. Appoint and training for new accounting employees.
  • Identify the operational and procedural issues proactively & effectively communicate with employees and maintain a positive working relationship when addressing problems and coming up with solutions.
  • Perform other tasks to be request by line Manager and Managing Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

Key Competencies

  • University or master’s degree in accounting/Finance or related subjects;
  • More than 02 years working experience in accounting/ finance field
  • Experience on system of AX, SAP is a plus;
  • Preferably experience in manufacturing from automotive, consumer durable or
  • FMCG industry;
  • Auditing experience from Big4 is a PLUS;
  • ACCA, CIMA / CMA or CPA qualification is major advantage
  • Costing experience preferred
