Job Description 

  • The recruited candidate will be in charge of the work of the Consulting department. 

  • Consulting, taking care of customers via phone, email, Facebook, ... 

  • Directly advising customers about study abroad, Immigration programs. 

  • Support customers to prepare study abroad documents. 

  • Direct communication and exchange with foreign partners. 

  • Coordinating with the application department to handle study abroad applications. 

  • Support and care for international students. 

  • Promotion of study abroad programs. 

  • Developing a customer base and a network of collaborators. 

  • Work with students/parents to support international students before and after studying abroad such as: 

    • Provide relevant course and school information. 

    • Instructions for admission documents, procedures for proving finance at banks, visa applications. 

    • Support seminar programs organized by schools or companies . 

    • Translation of documents, notarization of certificates and diplomas of students. Support students in writing admission applications, scholarships.. 

    • Participating in seminars and exhibitions of schools and partner organizations of the company. 

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Requirement: 

    1. Gender: Male/Female. 

    2. Age: unlimited. 

    3. University degree, good communication and writing in English, ability to work with foreign partners. 

    4. Good use of office computer software. 

    5. Good communication ability, communicate clearly and persuasively. 

    6. Having sales skills, communication skills, consulting. 

    7. Understanding of living and studying environment abroad.
