Mô tả công việc

- Build and manage process for all sales supporting acitivities
- Main contact to coordinate with other HO departments to provide operation support for sales at SIPs and solve issues
- Manage sales force: sales code, monthly performance review (promote/demote/warning)
- Supervise sales admin operation (sales card, uniform, marketing orders, brand communication activities, expense budget...)
- Manage and support SA at SIPs
- Provide reports for sales to track performance
- Other jobs assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelors degree in Economics/Business Administrations/Finance

-5 years experience in financial-Banking​

- Confident oral and verbal communication skills

- Working independently, always focusing on goals and customers

- Analytical, reporting skills

- Ability to work under high pressure

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
