Performance tracking & insights

Maintain current dashboards of Digital and Ecommerce, including but not limit to: maintain all data sources (google sheets, excel, BQ data tables,…) of existing dashboards, improve dashboards by requirements, solve any technical issues happened in dashboards (self-solve or work with technology teams), etc..
Responsible for data collection, development and implementation analysis to provide insight for to support decision making process of managers.
Build up new dashboards follow requirements

Planning, controlling & reporting

Participate in monthly, yearly planning sales, cost, net profit. Communicate with internal Marketing teams and Finance, Supply chains, Accounting, BA team to finalize plannings and other issues related to Digital and Ecommerce Team.
In charge of controlling sales, cost, net profit, cost efficiency. Closely work with internal Marketing team managers to maintain sales, cost, net profit, cost efficiency.
In charge of preparing weekly, bi-weekly, monthly sales performance reports and other ad hoc reports by requirements

Process Standardization & Automation

Maintain Team Governance, including but not limit to: observation team members, giving feedback on team processes compliance, updating existing processes, add new processes if necessary, etc..
Understand and improve manual processes by automation initiatives to save labor time, increase effectiveness and efficiency

Others

Minimum 4 years of experience in the similar position
Good reporting skills, be able to pay high attention to details
Proven work-related knowledge such as a Data Analyst, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics & Operation Optimization Excellent communication and interviewing skills
Experience in Ecommerce and familiar with online data on digital assets MS Office, G-Suite
Strong knowledge and experience with reporting packages e.g. Power view, Power BI, Tableau etc. And using statistical packages for data analysis e.g Holistic, Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc. Especially excellent Excel skill and good SQL skills.
Familiar with internal compliance processes
Experience in process automation e.g. RPA, Power Automate, VBA, etc is a plus
Have worked in Data Processing Dept. of Research agency is a plus
Knowledge & experience in F&B industry is a plus
