Mô tả công việc

· Develop (under supervisor of Campaign & Merchandizing Manager) & manage end-to-end livestream host campaign including training and sourcing talent/host, arranging talent/host calendar and reporting

· Responsible for the operation performance of key factors of livestream and talent/host performance by following team’s KPIs

· Do analysis & give suggestion to improve livestream and host performance

· Work cross functionally with commercial team, standby team, creative team, social & digital team to strengthen talent/host and livestream performance

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Min 1-2 years of experience as talent/host/KOL/Community Executive
  • Strong talent/host management skills
  • Have talent/host/KOL databases (micro, mid-tier, macro & mega) and prefer to have a good relationship with talent/host/KOLs/Celebrities
  • Knowledge of social media especially TikTok.
  • Enthusiast about beauty, fashion, Mom&Baby brands and have a good communication/negotiation skill
  • Well-known/experience with Tiktokshop, Shopee live, Lazada live, GoStream platforms
