PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Payroll and PIT services

  • Provide various payroll services such as payroll calculation, compulsory insurance registration, PIT calculation, PIT finalization, and so on.
  • Work on monthly attendance sheet and follow up well different types of leaves of the employee.
  • Work on compulsory insurances, health insurance, and personal income tax for the employees.
  • Provide possible answers for payroll queries from employees.
  • Take lead in working on HR software system and fix related errors if any.
  • Support to input employee’s information on the system.
  • Provide employees with guidance relating to HR policies and procedures when necessary.
  • Responsble for building and maintaining HR system of the company.
  • Work with HR software and/ or outsourcing vendors if any for related tasks of payroll services.
  • Work with the database to process payroll.
  • Support for employees’ annual performance review and salary adjustments.

Recruitment and training

  • Support/ Handle various tasks of recruitment such as receiving, varifying recruitment reqisitions from teams, posting jobs online, receiving applications & shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, summarizing recruitment results, working with the selected candidates and respective people for offer letter, supporting selected candidates to start working sucessfully in the Company, following up the probation assesment and labor contracts for new employees.
  • Support to update the candidate pool timely and correctly.
  • Coordinate with headhunting companies, consultants and teams on vacancies and recruitment matters in order to recruit enough manpower any time.
  • Strictly follow the recruitment process and keep filing related documents all the time.
  • Provide training support for new members.

Labor management and others

  • Implement corrective actions for issues identified during the audits to vendors and assessments of HR Manager.
  • Do different HR reports about budget, expenses, costs, PIT, etc.
  • Connect and keep good relations with local authorities in terms of related HR job tasks.
  • Receive grievances, ensure to document properly and that database of grievances is updated regularly including details of grievance resolution.
  • Participate in review, investigate, resolve and follow up grievances.
  • Prepare HR related documents such as appendices, decisions, etc.
  • Keep the filing system of HR documents, PIT related documents in the appropriate manner, perform various admin tasks of HR management at Site office.
  • Other duties as assigned by HR Manager.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelors Degree in either of HR management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Aged from 28 to 35 years old. At least 05 years of solid working experiences in HR management specializing in payroll management, recruitment in FDI companies sized from 300 employees.
  • Solid knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, Tax Law and related laws.
  • Experiences in working with HR software system (SAP).
  • Good command of MS. Office, especially Excel, Spreadsheet and data management.
  • Dynamic, trustworthy, detailed, careful, supportive, result-oriented, and willing to learn new things. Can work independently and in a team.
  • Very good organization, communication, presentation, problem-solving and reporting skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
