***COMPANY INTRODUCTION:

YUJIN VINA Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing cutlery such as spoons, forks, and knives for European and American brands and handbag metal accessories for luxury brands. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. We are looking for young talented and active employees who are willing to take on new challenges and leadership opportunities to upgrade their career.

***ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Orientation, unity, team development to bring the highest efficiency in work.

***YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Daily communicate with customers via email, phone, skype, whatsapp, zalo...
  • Explore customer information
  • Deal with customers requests, demands or claims
  • Working in customer system
  • Weekly join salesteam meeting
  • Arrange and join meeting with clients or suppliers
  • Manage orders
  • Do production request, book ERP, book GD
  • Create new EPR code, changing price in ERP, changing turn over between LA and TD turn over in ERP
  • Price calculate and quotation, make sales contract note,
  • Arrange shipments
  • Book & follow inspection
  • Work closely with production team, purchasing team, QC team, logistic team, suppliers
  • Chase productions productivity, packing materials
  • Follow and develop new designs, new production with R&D team
  • Check samples quality, sample production quality, send samples or documents to customers
  • Arrange UPS & DHL shipments
  • Packing photos report to customer
  • Weekly update shipment on EX-A
  • Update visiting schedule
  • Follow payment

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Having experience in the position of Junior manager or similar positions, having achievements and regularly meeting/exceeding sales
  • Fluent in business English
  • Being sensitive to business opportunities, having in-depth industry and product knowledge
  • Commercial sales experience preferred
