Mô tả công việc

  • Control & Reconcile figures related to Inventory: PO – GRPO – Invoice vs Inventory
  • Control expense related to Good Issue/Good Receipt on SAP system --> Inventory movement -> monthly basis
  • Involve to team with works related to stock take….
  • Control recipe (BOM): a. To ensure new set up standard cost recipe in SAP vs. approved recipe across all stores are accurate b. any new approved recipe is fully uploaded across all stores in SAP
  • Check internal transfer và clear list of transaction 1387-1389x - month end closing
  • Checking and booking JE all expenses related to inventory issuance & COGS and any other unidentified Inventory issuance at store level.
  • Month end closing--> Checking and CLEAR all outstanding balances for 1541, 622, 627 charges to COGS --> ensure completeness of Costing & Inventory.
  • Control & analyze COGS.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • College / University Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience working in accounting field.
  • Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS)
  • SAP system prefer, ERP is must
