Working location: No. 21 - Alley 2 Le Van Huu str., Hai Ba Trung dist., Ha Noi, Viet Nam

Working hour: 8.30AM – 6PM; Mon to Fri

Responsibilities:

Tracking and managing pipeline of new potential investments
Conducting preliminary assessment and evaluation of investment opportunities
Conducting due diligence on investment targets
Conducting macro-economic and sector research as part of the investment process
Performing analysis and evaluating financial models on investment targets
Preparing investment proposals for new investment opportunities
Discussing and finalizing the investment opportunities with the investment team, the direct line manager & business partners.
Joining the steps of negotiating transactions and agreements
Managing process of deal documentation, legal review, financial administration
Providing investment insight and guidance to less-experienced team members
Monitoring investment in stocks (if any)

Requirements

3 -5 year-experienced in similar assignments
Be fluent in English all skills
Good mindset on Investment & Business with high sense of integrity
Good at presentation with insightful visual displays
Proven ability to work across all levels (proactively coordinate with others, and inquire to have a clear picture of the intention and the expected outcome)
