Job Details
Position: Automation Fare Collection System Engineer - Construction

Job Responsibilities

i) Preparation of any document in English and Vietnamese related to AFC (Automatic Fare Collection) issues for this project.
ii) Study and advice related to Vietnamese law, decree, and regulation.
iii) Translation of Vietnamese/English document to English/Vietnamese document and checking the document quality.
iv) Interpreter and preparation of minutes of meeting during the meeting with third parties.
v) Market survey in Vietnam and investigation for local procurement in Vietnam.
vi) Document control and document preparation for submission to third parties.
vii) All the site work related to AFC construction works, especially leading commissioning work in Vietnam.
viii) Any works and documentation necessary for the execution of the Project, which is instructed by AFC Manager.

Requisiti di lavoro

Requirement

・Bachelor Degree: Bachelors Degree in engineering
・Language: English - Business level
・Experiences:
- At least 05 years working experience as Electrical Engineer in construction or Facility Design (M&E)

ii) Computer Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD/Micro Station software …
v) Good report and letter writing, communication and presentation skills.
vi) Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people
across all levels.
vii) Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
viii) Motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to pay attention to details.

- Working experience at maintaining and repairing air conditioning (HVAC) systems and other related systems
such as electrical systems would be an advantage
- Possess a degree of technical training in HVAC systems
