Our client is a global advertising agency, we are looking for Account Director with details:

  • Account Director is responsible for taking lead 360o Communication Campaign and connecting client & internal team effectively. This position also requires coaching for junior team members
  • Always be kind, helping, supportive, teamwork and good listener
  • Flexible in handling working, high pressure, problem solving

You will directly communicate with:

  • Clients
  • Internal team: teammate, BOD, Strategic team, Creative team, Media team, Digital team, Finance team, Legal & Back-office team.
  • External: Production House, Suppliers,…

Requisiti di lavoro

  • Have thru-the-line strong experience/background;
  • Have digital background.
  • At least 7-9 years’ experience in Marketing & Communication industry;
  • Previous positions: Account Director or Experienced Sr. Account Manager.
  • Marketing/ Communication & Research background.
  • Strong skill sets (soft & hard skills);
  • Logical & Critical Thinking; Planning skills (making presentation & presentation skill);
  • Leadership experience;
  • Organizational know-how;
  • People skill & Collaboration talent;
  • Problem solving, Solution provider;
  • Communication effectiveness;
  • Fluent in English.
  • Kind, Calm, Mature, Good listener, Open minded; Creative mind-set;
