Accounting Assistant Manager will manage 2 teams: Sales – Deposit and Account Receivable

1.Manage Sales & Deposit team:

  • Control sales and payment methods are integrated completeness, accuracy and on time into the system. Monitor and make sure daily-monthly report accuracy and on time.
  • Make sure good control and monitor accounts receivable of all payment methods other than cash (such as card, e-wallet, vouchers…). Control over services providers’ payables.
  • Control issuing VAT invoices of sales record entries in the accounting software correctly and timely within the deadline. Responsible for monthly VAT output report of sales.
  • Control issuing & redeemed Vouchers with correct accounting journal entries.
  • Make sure good control and follow up of deposits from stores are always in place. Handle the claims from stores. Monthly reconcile the cash, card payment, e-wallet, e-voucher in accounting book with stores and issue the monthly cash variance report accordingly.

2.Manage AR team:

  • Lead AR team to control receivables and debt collection in time from suppliers (work with suppliers for collection of money, such as: incentive, DC support, promotion support, ATM fee, branding fee...).
  • Understand clearly & control the tracking system of all the trading terms of all suppliers, follow up with Merchandising (or any relevant department) on any changes of trading terms/all kind of supports.
  • Follow & align with Merchandising Dept. (or related Departments) on payment terms data of purchasing contract to control invoice checking and posting invoices in the systems correctly and timely within the deadline, to control all related promotion and support schemes from all suppliers.
  • Track and control all kind of AR Reporting on System.

3. Others:

  • Train & coach to the team members about new regulations, external/internal policy. Allocate works to team and monitor/control their performances.
  • Review and improve system to increase performance and reduce workload for team.
  • Work with other internal departments to resolve all the issues, external related, authorities in related matters. and other ad-hoc tasks required.

Requisiti di lavoro

  • University or College Degree in Accounting major.
  • Minimum 4years relevant working experience in the same position
  • Good sense in controlling and business acumen
  • Strong experience and knowledge in tax and other local regulations
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and accounting systems/software.
  • Spoken and written English skills are essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful with positive working attitude
  • Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
