KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES:

·Check, store and book all data / documents related to local transactions.

·Follow, monitor all transactions related to relevant accounts to AP (local).

·Strictly follow both pre-payment and AP aging reports.

·Prepare supporting documents and arrange the payments in time.

·Monitor long-term collateral deposit - follow details by Excel template and keep matching with TB.

·Other tasks.

Requisiti di lavoro

Education: Bachelor Degree – Major in Accounting

Technical Skills & Experience:

·Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance

·Competent in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Oracle Operation is preferred.

Languages: English proficiency (speaking Chinese is a plus)
