Descrizione del lavoro

1. BOM/Route controlling

  • Maintain BOM according to transfer and practical conditions in Vietnam.
  • Coordinate with production, PPQ-QA and Logistics department to update necessary changes/ improvements for BOM upon official request noticed and approved by Head of production & finance.
  • Identify and suggest changes to minimize gap between BOM and Actual.
  • Back up for corporate database managers as necessary (especially during Europe long holidays and for urgent cases while there is timing gap between Europe & Vietnam)
  • Consult production as necessary on designing job cards for effective controlling

2. Production order controlling

  • Review, check (picking list, material transfer…) and make proper adjustment for material shortage on production lines to finish PO timely.
  • Coordinate with Cost Controllers to fix issues related to job cards to ensure job cards are ended within 2 days after being reported as finished.
  • Fix job cards issue caused by system issue, sometimes thousands of job cards.

3. Counting leader and reporting

  • Lead company monthly inventory counting. Ensure counting is performed on time, accurately and for all locations.
  • Co-ordinate with production to improve counting process to reduce rework/mistakes in counting.
  • Submit inventory transaction reports (counting/profit/loss) to Production timely & accurately.
  • Maintain monthly analysis report for counting/profit/loss/consumptions by materials & by lines in order to facilitate BOM/Route changes.
  • Perform counting audit one line per month with support from other finances and production representative (e.g. line manager). From the audit identify processes gaps then propose solution to clear the gaps.

4. Cooperate and support others

  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with other departments in problem solving, daily operation activities which are related to BOM/cost areas... to ensure work objectives are achieved.
  • Support local customs report materials imported on quarterly basis.

5. Others (support & training other users)

  • Support training and guidance to others in BOM/route process.
  • Help to fix errors where possible.
  • Be counted on to achieve results in difficult circumstances.
  • Commitment to meet deadlines.

Requisiti di lavoro

1. Education: College/University major in Finance

2.Professional knowledge of:

Basic understanding of ISO systems:

  • Know about the Quality& Environment Policy
  • Understand that employees have to perform according to SBS which was built according to the ISO systems.
  • Must go through the ISO awareness training which is part of orientation program for all new hire.

3.Knowledge of computer servicing:

  • Good at Microsoft Office.
  • At least 1 year experience with ERP of Sonion or at least 2 years experience with ERP system in similar factories
  • Microsoft Office, ERP experience

4.Knowledge of foreign languages:Can communicate with European (equal to B1 level of European Standard).

5.Professional experience:

  • At least 2 year working experience in similar positions in other factories (BOM controller)
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control / warehousing

6. Other:

  • Careful, enthusiastic, eager for learning
  • Logical thinking and accuracy
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to organize, cooperate, and monitor activities of a small team.
  • Problem solving skill
