Descrizione del lavoro
The duties and responsibilities of Deputy Head of Strategy and Quality Management Departmentinclude but is not limited to:
- Support Head of Department in the development of strategies in accordance with Presidential Board and University Council
- Coordinate the implementation of strategies in cooperation with administrative departments and faculties
- Support Head of Department in the implementation and management of the institutional indicator system
- Coordinate the process management in cooperation with the other departments and faculties
- Support Head of Department in the development and implementation of lecturer recruitment plans and policies
- Coordinate the implementation of lecturer development schemes
- Coordinate the advancement of the internal quality management system and related instruments
- Support Head of Department in the advice and guidance of faculties and Academic Coordinators during the preparation for programme accreditations
- Support Head of Department in the advice of Presidential Board, faculties and other departments for institutional accreditation
- Write reports for internal and external use
- Take over coordinative activities within the scope of the institutional development of academic and administrative structures
Requisiti di lavoro
1.Qualification:Master degree in Management, Social Sciences, Education Studies or another related field with a focus on the higher education sector
2.Experience:At least three years of experience in one of the three work areas ofinternational higher education administration
3.Knowlegde:In-depth knowledge of international higher education management with a focus on strategic planning, lecturer recruitment and quality management
4.Skills:
- Excellent English proficiency orally and in writing
- Excellent intra- and inter-cultural communication

- Self-discipline
