VITOX VN - The first organization in Viet Nam to analyze the quality of products in the US to meet CA Prop 65

- Input all required product info and upload to e-commerce sites.

- Update new info on regular basis; banners and videos in accordance with campaigns, collections.

- Perform QC for all contents published on e-commerce sites

- Coordinating with the Marketing agency about produce images, ideas, video, slogan, banner advertising on the website…

- Analyzing e-commerce sales performance, extracting, analyzing and evaluating data on reporting and sales tracking systems, Marketing indicators for making timely decisions about the changes appropriate product, price or promotion.

- Monitor day by day sales performance:

+ Perform inventory & sales channel management

+ Perform pricing and develop promotional campaign to generate sales.

+ Implement marketing campaign, optimize impression, and regulate marketing budget

+ Track and analysis the market information & competitor dynamics to provide the necessary tactics

+ Conduct, execute the business plan to achieve the sales target and prepare sales forecast for each product in all sales channel

+ Receiving and handle customer complaints

- Conduct market research, initiate & propose new product ideas, identify new market to enter and occupy market share and responsible for developing & executing launching plan.

- Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter.

- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.

- Cross-coordinating, interact with other departments of operation to bring the best shopping experience to customer

Requisiti di lavoro

  • University bachelor’s degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
  • 6 months’ experience and above in a similar role in E-commerce
  • Preferably working experience in e-commerce.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge about the American market or SEO/ keywords.
  • English is must (at least 550 TOEIC).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency.
  • Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Self-working skills.
