  • Responsible for recruiting VN KOLs and KOCs on E-commerce platform including Tiktok and Shopee; successfully building collaboration with KOLs and KOCs and promise KOLs can deliver contents for products sales on those platforms
  • Responsible for all SEA E-commerce KOL project management in terms of targeted KOLs pitching, seeding, brief discussing, and all deliverables fullfillment
  • Responsible for assisting VN KOLs and KOCs from other platforms collaborate with Bluefocus exclusively on Tiktok and assist them to build up and operate their Tiktok account and deliver good quality contents
  • Responsible for building up and maintaining Bluefocus MCN network by following managers’ strategy in terms of organizing KOLs afternoon tea party and publishing KOLs recommendation report

    • Requisiti di lavoro

  • 1-3 years career experience in KOLs management and related working experience; Both agency experience and brand in-house team background are welcomed
  • Professional understanding about E-commerce and good practice experience of using KOLs to promote sales
  • Good Communication skills, solid negotiation strategies and multitask
  • Strong can-do attitude and plan B sense
  • Confident English communication skills in terms of oral communication and formal business writing
