MISSION

  • Set up, reinforce partnership to grow Omnichannel channels
  • Identify opportunities to enhance partnership with strategic accounts, contribute to Omnichannel growth
  • Execute daily operational activities to drive growth of partnership & hit KPIs.

ACTIVITIES

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with payment service providers, financial institutions, and other key players in the e-payment industry to expand our omnichannel payment capabilities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and ensuring ongoing collaboration and alignment.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the e-payment space, conducting regular market research and analysis to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Product Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the seamless integration of payment solutions with our omnichannel platform, ensuring a smooth customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with strategic partnerships, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to partnership initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to align strategic partnership initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Organize training sessions for Operation Team at stores, support daily operations and new store openings.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, and Business Controllers to verify contracts.

Requisiti di lavoro

Knowledge:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications in e-payment or strategic partnership management are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the e-payment landscape, including different payment methods, gateways, fraud prevention, and industry regulations.
  • Theorical knowledge/understanding: good knowledge of payment solutions, commercial deals, and e-commerce.
  • Practical knowledge at work: good knowledge in the economic environment and retail field is an advance.

Skills

Technical skills:

  • Operational skills: can work well with computers, Microsoft Offices
  • Social & relationship skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cognitive skills: Business acumen, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Logical/Methodological skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Behavior skills: Dynamic, hardworking, responsible, and integrity, good interpersonal.

Experience:3 years. Preferable experience in E-payment solution firms like Momo, Zalopay, VNPay…

Language:English

Computers skills: Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel), Reporting
