Develop methods that would help in reducing the manufacturing cost without compromising on the Quality standards to ensure increased productivity and quality, and make recommendations to the Management team.
Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of products and services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.
Lead non-conformance handling and Correct Action Preventive Action (CAPA) processes which involve collecting and analyzing data to appropriately and efficiently identify root cause and ensuring verification of effectiveness plans are comprehensive
Review, analyze and report the Daily IQC Materials - Ensure IQC Inspector performs the Inspection correctly when receiving, and with complete Material Specification SOP / WI.
Review and analyze the Quality Reports (IPQC, OQC) to ensure full Compliance by both Production & Quality team
Review, analyze and email the CARs status
Supplier Audits - at least 2-3 suppliers visit per month - submit Audit reports
New Product Quality Validation for mock-ups - IPQC, OQC Inspection for each mock-ups & Product Testing
Other responsibilities assigned by Superior

Age : 30 - 40 yrs old
Degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in the manufacturing environment
Advanced knowledge in MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint
Extremely well organized and ability to identify problems and resolve them quickly. Able to facilitate meetings and conduct effective presentations
Excellent analytical skills combined with good negotiationand conflict management skills.
